INTRODUCTION

Eagle Rock Timber, Inc. (ERT) has a mission to provide superior quality products and services for our customers through innovation, teamwork, and excellence.  We accomplished our goals through careful orchestration of experienced employees in a reliable and professional manner. ERT utilizes superior building practices and concise communication through all phases of the projects.

Rick R. Gokey established ERT in 1976.  The company has provided a wide variety of construction services to a diverse group of clients in and around the Idaho Falls area.  ERT takes pride in successful planning, management, and completion of projects throughout the North West to include Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon, Washington, Nevada and Utah.  Our knowledgeable staff, years of experience, and hard work set us apart as a reliable and respectable full-service construction company.

Quality and Safety are priority for ERT. Whether building a bridge or laying the foundation for a multi-story office complex, every aspect of the process is reviewed and inspected for quality assurance and safety compliance to meet the highest degree of excellence.

SAFETY

Eagle Rock Timber has a company goal of ZERO accidents.  ERTs staff includes a full time OSHA Authorized Construction Safety Trainer committed to the safety of our operations and continuous improvement.  ERT trains and encourages employees to recognize and mitigate hazards in the workplace.  ERT has implemented an Integrated Safety Management System to ensure that work is planned and completed safely.

 Eagle Rock Timber is experience and engaged in a variety disciplines in the construction industry.  Our experience takes us into many fields related to construction including but not limited to Trucking, Logging, Reforestation, Reclamation, Wetlands Remediation, and Metal Fabrication.  Our diverse background and abilities enable us to provide a full array of capabilities for our customers.  Our experience in demolition and construction allow for a “one stop” procurement for customers looking to replace the old and tired with NEW and INVITING.

Eagle Rock Timber has a variety of equipment available to support all aspects of our diversity.  We have a wide range of earth moving equipment and the equipment required to support excavation activities.  ERT recently added a Vector Vacuum Excavator to our list of equipment.  The vacuum excavator allows us to excavate in sensitive areas around existing utilities without damage or interruption and in hard to get to locations where other equipment will not reach.  We have a qualified and experienced crew to operate the vacuum excavator that makes the most of its capability.  The vacuum excavator has a wide variety of uses that are only limited to the customer and operators imagination.

Eagle Rock Timber’s capabilities also include heavy load trucking.  We use our equipment to support construction activities but also take advantage of the equipment to support our customer needs in shipping heavy and specialized loads.

SUPPORT

Eagle Rock has a qualified project support team with a wide range of resources.  Our staff is skilled in processing and controlling project documents and vendor data using latest in electronic media.  Our contract personnel have diverse skills in coordinating and working with various government agencies and private firms for contract administration, progress payment, and contract changes.

 

Eagle Rock Timber has a home office located in Idaho Falls, Idaho.  Our office is 5500sf attached to our 7000sf shop.  Our large shop space has enabled us to expand our capabilities into manufacturing. Our Manufacturing facility has a complete welding shop with 4 large overhead doors to allow easy access.  ERT can manufacture and/or pre-assemble components before mobilizing to the job site. This allows ERT to save time and money for our customer.  Our facility includes a 10 acre lay down and storage area which allows us to receive and store materials as necessary.
